كان السلام يعم الأرض عندما حاول الزعيم السابق أن يوازن الحياة بين الشعوب الأربعة.. مملكة الأرض، شعب النار، عشائر الهواء وقبائل الماء لكن كل هذا تغير عندما شن شعب النار هجوما وكان آخر زعماء الهواء قد إختفى قبل مئة عام دون أن يعرف أحد طريقه. الزعيم هو الشخص الوحيد القادر على تحقيق السلام بين الشعوب الأربعة لأنه يتقن إستخدام جميع القوى بتوازن. ظهر "إين" الزعيم بعد مضي مئة عام وكانت أسباب إختفائه غامضة في البداية لكنه عاد وما زال في الثانية عشر من عمره. يواجه "إين" العديد من المخاطر بسبب شعب النار الذي يبحث عن آخر بندار للقضاء عليه ونشر نفوذهم على جميع الشعوب لكنه يقف ويهزم الجميع بالرغم من صغر سنه
